Baroness Barker introduces Private Member's Bill to abolish spousal veto

Today our Vice-Chair Baroness Barker has submitted a Private Member’s Bill in the House of Lords which seeks to abolish the unjust “spousal veto” which prevents transgender married people from having their gender legally recognised without the consent of their spouse.
